Fancy something a little different for breakfast? These Breakfast Mushrooms will definitely hit the spot, they are like a mini breakfast all in one go. They can be made in advance and heated up or even eaten cold.
4 Low Fat Sausages
4 Large Mushrooms
4 Slices of Lean Bacon
Firstly cut the sausages in a non stick frying pan and cook as per packet instructions or 5-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Put to one side.
Next clean the outside of the mushrooms and remove the stalk from the centre.
Wrap the outside of each mushroom with the bacon. Slice up each sausage and place inside the outer edge of each mushroom.
Lastly, carefully crack an egg into each one. Cook in the oven at 180 Degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
