Chilli Beef Satay

450g Extra Lean Beef cut into strips

1 Teaspoon Lazy Garlic

1 Teaspoon Lazy chilli

1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon PPB Peanut Butter Powder

1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree

2 – 4 Tablespoons Water

1 Tablespoon Quark

Fry Light


Method:


Fry the beef in fry light and add the chilli, next add the soy sauce,2 tablespoons water and garlic then stir in the peanut butter powder and mix well, stir in the tomato puree and cook for another minute stirring well, remove from the heat and stir in the quark.  Mix well and return to a low heat, add a little more water if necessary. Enjoy with noodles or rice.
