180g Wholemeal or Gluten Free Bread
30g Granulated Sweetener
3 Tablespoons Coco Powder
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Capfuls Chocolate Flavouring
2 Capfuls Salted Caramel Flavouring
Blend the bread in a food processor/blender until it resembles fine bread crumbs then tip into a large mixing bowl. Add the coco powder, chocolate flavouring, baking powder, salted Caramel Flavouring, Sweetener and unsweetened almond milk. Separate the eggs putting the egg yolk into the bread mix and whites into a separate bowl. Stir the mix by hand until fully combined. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and forming soft peaks, as if making meringue, then fold into the mixture. Preheat the oven at 170, line a medium sized baking tray and pour in the mix. Level by shaking gently. Cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into desired servings and enjoy. Delicious hot or cold.
