Chorizo Burgers with a Creamy Cheese Filling

Makes 4


409g Mince Beef (5% fat)

40g Chorizo Sausage finely chopped

60g Primula or 80g Primula Light

Salt & Pepper to Season

Fry Light Spray


Method:


Add the chorizo, and seasoning to the mince and squeeze together to combine. Divide the Mince into 8 and form into balls. Next Gently flatten the mince in to burger rounds, don’t worry if they are thin as you will be putting 2 together. Now divide the primula between 4 of the burgers in the centre. Place another burger on top, centre squeeze the edges and form back into shape. Spray a non stick pan with frylight and cook the burgers on each side, turning occasional for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. These can also be cooked in the oven or Actifryer for 15-20 minutes, turn during cooking.
