Fiery Meat Medley with Noodles

Serves 4-6


1 Lean Large Frying Steak

2 Chicken Breasts

2 Lean Pork Steaks

1 Lean Gammon Steak

1 Onion diced

2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped

2 White Wine Stock Pots

10 Closed Cup Mushrooms

1/2 Jar Chargrilled Peppers

Approx 2 Tablespoons each of Red & Greeb sliced Jalapeño Chilli Peppers – use less if preferred

2 Tablespoons Quark

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Beef Oxo Cube

1 Packet Dry Noodles

Fry Light Olive Oil Flavour


Method:


In a large non stick pan or wok fry the onion in frylight then add all the meat cut into bite size pieces. Stir fry for five minutes ensuring even cooking on all sides. Slice the mushrooms and char-grilled pepper and add to the pan, add the garlic and black pepper, red & green Jalapeño peppers (to taste). Stir fry for a further 5 minutes reducing the heat to medium, after 5 minutes there should be some natural juices in the pan (if not you can add a tablespoon of water) add the Oxo and white wine stock pots, simmer for 3-5 minutes on a low heat, add the quark and stir fry for a further 5 minutes. Boil the noodles in salted boiling water as per packet instructions, once cooked drain then add to the meat Medley. Combine the noodles and Medley and serve on  warned plate. Delicious! You can make this dish milder or hotter by adding or removing some Jalapeño peppers.
