6-8 Chicken Thigh Fillets
125g Extra Light Cream Cheese
2-3 Packets Worcestershire Sauce French Fries
2 Beaten Eggs
Unfold the thigh fillets and place a spoonful of cream cheese into each centre. Fold back over, dip each fillet into the egg then into the crushed French fries.
Place the fillets on a lined baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180 for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Pierce a small hole into each crisp packet, then gently crush with a rolling pin.
For an added twist swap plain light cream cheese for light sweet chilli or garlic and herb cream cheese.
