Piri Piri Rub

This mix of spices are perfect for using as a rub for meat or meat substitutes, for sprinkling on fries, veg or mixing with rice. Great for BBQ weather! Best of all it’s ready in seconds.


3 Teaspoons Garlic Granules

3 Teaspoons Tumeric

3 Teaspoons Paprika

1-2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder

Salt for Seasoning


Place garlic, turmeric, paprika and chilli powder together, season with salt.

Use as a tub for meat or quorn, sprinkle over chips or stir into rice for a lovely Piri Piri taste.

When using on whole chicken turn the meat over on its front after ½ hour and continue to cook to 45-1 hour 20 mins depending on size of chicken as per packet instructions.
