Pork with Sage & Onion Crust
These is a really healthy way to enjoy that delicious stuffing flavour without the high calories. It gives a lovely crunchy crust to the pork and is delicious for a Sunday Roast alternative. The recipe is so easy to make and looks very impressive on the plate.
Pork Loin Joint
1 Teaspoon Onion Granules
2 Teaspoons Sage
1 Slice Wholemeal or Gluten Free Bread
Simply add the onion granules, sage and bread to a blender or food processor and blitz into bread crumbs.
Press crumb into pork loin and cover with tin foil. Cook at 180 Degrees for 1 hour or depending on size of joint, as per packet instructions.
Remove tin foil and return to Oven for 10 minutes before serving.
