Spaghetti Carbonara
Spaghetti Carbonara

Serves 4-6

1 Packet Dried Spaghetti (Gluten Free Option)

1 Onion Finely Chopped

1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt or 1 Crushed Clove

8 Slices Smoked Bacon (Fat removed) or Cooked Ham

2 Cooked Chicken Breasts cut into bite size pieces

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoons Fresh Parmesan Cheese


Place the spaghetti into a large pan of salted water and cook for approx 12 minutes (or per packet instructions). Fry the onions in a large non stick pan with the bacon and chicken. In a small bowl or cup whisk the eggs with a fork and mix in the garlic and parmesan cheese. When the pasta is cooked drain and immediately add to the pan with the bacon, chicken and onions, mix well and pour in the egg mixture, turn down the heat and stir for 2-3 minutes to fully coat  the pasta. Serve on warmed plates.
