Spicy Rice

This dish is so easy to make and a Perfect side for Piri Piri Chicken or with a salad, curry or Chinese meal.

Usinv frozen ingredients makes It a quick and prep free recipe.

Serves 4-6


400g Cooked Rice

200g Frozen Chopped Peppers

100g Frozen Diced Onion

2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika

1-2 Cloves/Teaspoons Chopped Garlic

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil


Fry the onion and peppers and with the oil in a non stick pan for 3 minutes or until cooked through, add the garlic and fry for another minute, next stir in the rice. Mix well.

Now add the rice, paprika, cayenne pepper and parsley. Fry for 2-3 minutes making sure spices are fully combined and serve.
