Sugar Free Jelly Sweets




These really are do simple to make. The gelatine helps to firm the sweets and you can also add a little protein to make two layer jellies by adding quark or if you prefer you can add yogurt.


You can use ice cubes moulds to give a little variety or just make them in a tray. They can also be made vegan using vegan gelatin.


Ingredients


I Sachet Sugar Free Jelly Crystals

2 Sachets Gelatine (or vegan alternative)

125g Quark (optional)

Melt the jelly and gelatine into 1 pint boiling water until fully dissolved.


Pour ½ the mix into moulds or a tray and set in the fridge for approx 20-30 minutes until firm.


Mix the remaining liquid with the quark until fully combined. Pour over set jelly.

Refrigerate until set, then store in airtight container.
