3 Tablespoons Granulated Sweetener
Fry light Butter Flavour
Flavouring of your choice, eg Orange, Strawberry, Lemon, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
Separate the eggs in to 2 bowls, preferably us a metal bowl for the egg whites as they will whisk better, add the granulated sweetener and flavouring to the egg yolks and mix well. Whisk the whites to form soft peaks (as if you were making meringues), fold in to the yolk mix until completely combined, spray a non stick pan with fry light butter spray and heat the pan then spoon in the pancake mix into pancake rounds and cook for a minute or two then turn over using a spatula. Flatten down slightly with the back of the spatula once turned to ensure even cooking. Turn onto a plate and enjoy on their own or with your favourite fruits and fat free fromage frais. Please note, there is no value to these pancakes so be careful not to over indulge!
