3-4 Small Onions Finely Sliced into rings
1 Egg Seperated
1 Teaspoon Parika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Fry Light Rapeseed Oil Flavour Spray
Mix the egg yolk with the paprika, garlic salt and baking powder. In a metal or glass bowl, Whisk egg white until forms soft peaks (as if making meringue) then fold into egg yolk until fully combined. Place onions in mixture and gently mix to coat well. Line the baking tray and spray with frylight and preheat in the oven for a couple of minutes, once heated pour on onions and separate out across the baking tray with a fork and spray with frylight. Bake in a very hot oven around 220-230 for 15-20 minutes, occasionally move the onions around the tray during cooking and respray with fry light for crispier tobacco onions. Enjoy with Chicken Fillet Burger with Parma Ham or 4 Cheese & Jalapeño Burger (see recipes) or as a side with Steak etc.
