Whipped Vanilla Cheesecake

2 Tubs Quark

1/2 Tub Light Soft CreamCheese

3 Capfuls Vanilla Flavouring

10g Granulated Sweetener

2 Egg Whites

2 Alpen Light Double Chocolate Cereal Bars

Frylight Butter


Method:


Place the alpen light bars in a blender/food processor and blend into thick crumbs. Spray the base of a loose bottom cake tin with fry light spray and sprinkle on the crumbs to cover. Spray again and place in the fridge. Next mix the quark, cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener together with a metal spoon until smooth. Whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar together until forms soft peaks as if making meringues. Fold the meringue mix into the cheesecake mix until fully combined. Pour the mix onto the cereal base and place in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours.
